How is the service free of charge?

Commissions for the sale of property in Portugal are split between the agent who lists the property and the agent who finds the buyer, only very rarely are both sides done by the same agent. As such we, as buyer representatives, can earn a percentage of the commission paid by the seller.

As part of the commission is already allocated to the agent who finds the buyer, this doesn’t result in any further costs to either the seller or the buyer.

Of course, if you chose to buy a property through another agency we don’t receive any payment, so it’s in our interests to keep you as a client! That is why we work so hard on your behalf, searching for properties, requesting extra information, booking viewings and leading you through the whole process of purchasing your property.
